Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or we got your personalisation wrong. They are made for one person and cannot be resold. Please check your spelling before you order.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email forgedfurnishings@yahoo.com with a photo and we will put it right.
Hand-forged work varies piece to piece. Small differences in texture, colour and shape are the nature of the process, not a fault.
